Location: Boston, MA

About the Role
As a Trusts & Estates Paralegal, you'll play a vital role supporting our attorneys in all aspects of estate and trust administration. This multi-dimensional position requires a sharp legal mind, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of probate procedures and tax filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with estate planning, including asset valuation and tax strategy
- Prepare and file probate documents; coordinate asset distribution
- Manage trust administration, including funding, distributions, and accountings
- Conduct legal research and stay current on trust and estate law
- Prepare federal and state fiduciary income tax returns, estate and inheritance tax returns, and gift tax returns
- Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients, advisors, and beneficiaries
- Maintain organized files, track billable hours, and ensure timely updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certificate a plus
- 3+ years of experience in trusts & estates
- Experience with MA estate administration and probate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong mathematical skills and understanding of financial principles
