Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A position is available for Registered Nurses with experience in school nursing to support students with specialized medical needs at a middle school located in Exeter, NH. This contract role is for the current school year (CSY) and involves working closely with students who require one-on-one care.
Two Registered Nurse positions are open, each with distinct caseloads:

Caseload A Full Time
- Provide 1:1 nursing care for a male middle school student with Type I Diabetes.
- Must have specific training and experience managing Type I Diabetes.
- Support includes bus riding responsibilities, so availability from approximately 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday is required, with school hours from 7:30 AM to 2:20 PM.
- Flexibility for early release days is necessary.

Caseload B Part Time
- Deliver nursing care to a preschool student with complex medical needs, including an NG tube and seizures.
- Responsibilities are generally Tuesday and Thursday mornings, approximately 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Bus riding may be required based on student needs.
- Anticipated start date is mid-February, pending receipt of medical equipment and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a current New Hampshire RN license.
- Prior school nursing experience is highly desirable, particularly in pediatric care.
- Ability and willingness to work with students with complex medical needs and provide individualized care.
- Experience with diabetes management and seizure care preferred.
Location: Exeter, NH (Middle School setting)
Contract Duration: Immediate start through June 15, 2026
