We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee high-end custom home and renovation projects from preconstruction through completion. This role focuses on schedule control, subcontractor coordination, and quality execution to deliver detailed, high-end residential builds.
What You’ll Do
- Manage custom home and remodeling projects from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Oversee daily jobsite activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
Requirements
- Experience managing high-end residential construction or renovation projects
- Strong understanding of residential construction means and methods
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and detailed schedules
- Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and quality
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
