Temp to hire
Pay: $24
Schedule: 9am-5pm, M-F on call - 1 week every 3 weeks.

Duties:

Light Plumbing such as fixture replacement
Apartment turnovers: cleaning, minor repairs, painting, etc.
Maintain grounds and common areas such as snow removal and landscaping
Communicate larger maintenance issues to management
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential needs and safety issues
Basic carpentry repairs and very minor electrical repairs

Requirements:

Must have experience with light plumbing and painting
Must be ok with being on call for snow removal as needed

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
