Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time
Location: Plaistow, NH
School Year: 20252026 (August 25, 2025 June 15, 2026)
Schedule: MondayFriday | 37.5 hours/week
Compensation: $45+/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team in Plaistow, NH for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, on-site position will focus on supporting middle school students through proactive behavior planning, collaboration, and individualized interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide direct behavioral support to students

Supervise and support RBTs as needed

Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies
Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification and license (required)

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
