Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

About the District Manager Role


We are searching for an experienced and driven District Manager to oversee eight stores across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. As a District Manager, youll play a key role in achieving operational excellence across a variety of locations by leading and inspiring our General Managers and team members. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, with an added 15% quarterly bonus potential based on performance.


Job Qualifications


To succeed in this role as District Manager, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience within the food service or restaurant industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees at all levels.
  • Availability for frequent travel across Concord, NH, Brattleboro, VT, and various stores in Massachusetts (Amherst, Wayland, Lexington, Winchester, Melrose, and Bedford).
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM), evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • High School Diploma (minimum required).
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience analyzing financial reports (Profit & Loss statements, Income Statements, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.


Job Responsibilities


As the District Manager, you will:

  • Directly empower 8 General Managers within the district and support store operations.
  • Hire, train, and coach General Managers and team members, fostering a positive team culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for managerial growth.
  • Lead district management team meetings, oversee profit and loss reviews, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing corporate initiatives and ensuring all stores meet high-performance standards for sales, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and labor efficiency.
  • Cultivate a workplace environment aligned with the companys core principles, promoting inclusion and collaboration.
