First Shift Schedule:

Work hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out written and verbal instructions with precision.
• Consult and follow production drawings and documentation.
• Utilize a microscope in particular operations when needed.
• Complete and manage manufacturing paperwork accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
• Employ various hand and power tools in operations.
• Understand product workflow and collaborate effectively with engineers to refine assembly processes.
• Conduct additional relevant tasks as required.

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate proficiently and act with professionalism with peers and leadership.
• Mechanical skills are advantageous.
• Train other assembly team members effectively.
• Experience with basic test equipment is advantageous.

• A working knowledge of light machinery such as drill presses, saws, and grinders is beneficial.
