Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Worcester, Massachusetts. In this role, you will assist with hardware replacements, software installations, and providing technical support for end users with varying levels of expertise. Responsibilities:
• Perform hardware replacements for devices that do not meet system requirements.
• Configure and image machines to ensure proper software installation and functionality.
• Install and customize niche software applications based on specific user needs.
• Provide technical support to end users with different levels of technical proficiency.
• Assist with the final stages of a Windows 11 upgrade project, focusing on hardware deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and resolved issues.• Strong expertise in Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
• Experience supporting individuals with diverse technical skill levels.
• Proficiency in computer hardware and configuration management.
• Familiarity with deployment processes and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, Citrix, and Cisco.
• Ability to work effectively with both Mac and Apple devices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
