Job Title: Travel LPN – Long Term Care
Location: Falmouth, MA
Shift: Primarily Days 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Flexibility for Evenings 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend/Holiday
Compensation (Travel): $2,129/Week
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel LPN – Long Term Care for an exciting job in Falmouth, MA.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of nursing assistants and coordinate shift services.

Transcribe physician orders, chart nurses’ notes, and manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Administer medications and treatments, perform catheterizations, tube feedings, wound care, and collect lab samples.

Monitor vital signs, provide patient/family education, and ensure dietary compliance.

Participate in physician rounds, assist with care planning, maintain supply and equipment inventory, and document care thoroughly.

Support facility surveys, staff orientations, and uphold confidentiality while demonstrating CARES values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, Service).
Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program or nursing degree from a recognized institution.

Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license.

BLS/CPR and AED certification.
-
Proven skills in medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and supervising residents.
