Housekeeping and Companionship Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Housekeeping and Companionship Aide to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential support and companionship to individuals in need, fostering a respectful and caring environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity to the unique needs of individuals with EMR syndrome or electromagnetic sensitivity, ensuring a respectful and accommodating approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities

- Respect and accommodate the specific needs of individuals with EMR syndrome or electromagnetic sensitivity

- Assist with daily living activities as needed, such as meal preparation and medication reminders

- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of clients at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, caregiving, or companion roles preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor

- Ability to recognize and respect the needs of individuals with EMR syndrome or electromagnetic sensitivity

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

- Ability to perform light physical tasks and maintain a clean environment
