Seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a well-established practice on the North Shore of Boston. The role offers a 4-day workweek, one evening clinic per week with call, 1:6 weekend and holiday call, and newborn nursery rounds. There is no hospital or delivery call, as hospitalist services handle inpatient and emergency care. In-office support includes licensed LPNs and RNs, a nutritionist, and a physical therapist.
Candidates should be BC/BE in pediatrics, hold an unrestricted medical license, and be proficient in AthenaPractice EMR. The practice emphasizes high-quality pediatric care, with opportunities for teaching medical students. Compensation starts at $175,000, with benefits such as health and dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, malpractice, paid time off, and professional development. The position is based in Danvers, MA, requiring relocation and offering travel opportunities up to 25%.
