We’re on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of patients living with sleep disorders by simplifying the complex process from diagnosis to treatment.
This is an onsite position working for BetterNight at the clinical offices at EPOCH Sleep Centers 4 days a week at the Dartmouth, MA Clinic and 1 day a week at the Lincoln, RI Clinic. It is expected that the incumbent work in a clinical setting.
We need your help to
- Greet patients coming into the office and assist with their appointments
- Answer phones and make calls to our new and existing patients to ensure they are thriving on PAP therapy
- Coach, educate, and inform our patients regarding their therapy
- Meet face-to-face with our patients to dispense equipment in partnership with a Respiratory Therapist’s support virtually
- Review patient profiles to ensure a quick and easy appointment
- Contact physician and necessary healthcare team members regarding our patients
- Become familiar with CPAP devices and help patients with issues regarding their therapy
Skills we are seeking
- Two years’ experience in healthcare/medical field strongly preferred
- Medical Assistant Certificate strongly preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Experience in Electronic Medical Records software is preferred, Brightree is a plus
