Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Civil Litigation)
Location: Southborough, MA

Experience: 3+ years of Litigation Experience

Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 Base Salary plus above market bonus opportunities, Excellent Health Benefits with 100% Firm Paid Medical Deductible

Our Client seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and growing team. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to represent clients in complex civil litigation matters.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
  • Solid foundation in depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy

Preferred background in at least one of the following practice areas:

  • Employment law
  • Construction litigation
  • Torts
  • Business Litigation
  • Personal injury litigation

Growth & Development:
