Position Title: Endodontist
Location: Manchester, VT (Bennington County area)
Status: Part-Time (twice per month, ideally on Fridays)
We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Endodontist to join their established practice in the Dorset/Bennington County area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a specialist who values a supportive, patient-centered environment and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident chairside manner, excellent communication skills, and at least 35 years of clinical experience. This role offers a stable, highly professional setting with advanced technology and a dedicated support team.
Practice Summary:
- Schedule: twice per month, ideally on Fridays
- Fee-for-service model
- Fully digital, upgraded technology including iTero and CBCT
- Specialty services offered in-office: Periodontics
- Supportive, experienced clinical and administrative team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active Vermont license in good standing
- Completion of a residency program in Endodontics (required)
- At least 35 years of clinical experience
- Highly proficient in all aspects of endodontics, including root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomies, and related procedures
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Strong desire and willingness to continue learning and improving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with patients
- Willingness to participate in-network as needed
