Registered Nurse – Home Care (2 Openings)
Locations: Nashua, NH • Greater Hudson, NH
- Sign‑On Bonus: $12,500
Our long‑standing home health and hospice client—trusted in the community for over 100 years—has two new Home Care RN openings: one serving Nashua and one serving the Greater Hudson region.

What You’ll Do
- Complete initial home health assessments and full physical evaluations
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate skilled nursing care using the nursing process
- Ensure accurate OASIS scoring through comprehensive assessments
- Develop patient‑centered care plans with families included in decision‑making
- Manage your own caseload and play a key role in helping patients regain strength and independence
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- RN from an accredited nursing program (Associate degree minimum)
- 1+ year of recent acute care experience (med/surg or acute rehab preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- CPR certification
- Clean criminal and driving record (mileage reimbursed)
Preferred:
- BSN
- Community Health/Education background
- Additional clinical certifications (IV, Chemo, Ostomy, etc.)
- Familiarity with OASIS and reimbursement drivers
- EMR proficiency
