IT Support Specialist
This is a hands-on, in person position. Our IT Support Specialist will work with our staff and residents. It is expected that the person who fills this position will have the skill to provide customer service to the senior population. The IT Support Specialist will install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain desktop, network and Wi-Fi related hardware and software products. The IT Support Specialist will provide hands on hardware, software and network support in a networked corporate computer environment. Other duties include and not limited to admin work, support designated TV's, video conferencing equipment, online conference calls, iPhone management and the phone system. This position will be managed on campus plus by a 3rd party IT company giving direction on higher level items, attached is an IT Support Model, and in it provides "Boots on the ground" examples of types of work to be performed.
It is expected that this person is within 45 minutes from our Laconia campus and is on-call 24/7, you may need to be on campus to resolve issues. This position requires driving to all of our campuses from Laconia to Meredith and to Wolfeboro. Must have dependable means to travel between the three campuses.
