Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to provide dedicated case management support to high school students. The position is based in Jaffrey, NH, running from August 4, 2025, through May 31, 2026, as a contract role within a high school setting. This role offers an impactful chance to help students succeed while delivering specialized educational services aligned with each student's individualized education plan (IEP).

Qualifications:

Valid New Hampshire Special Education licensure required
Experience working in secondary education preferred
Strong case management skills to coordinate services, track progress, and communicate with families and school teams
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Job Type: Contract (August 2025 - May 2026)
Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Manage caseloads of special education high school students, ensuring compliance with IEP goals
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to provide necessary accommodations and support
Document student progress and participate in meetings related to special education services
Utilize bilingual therapy resources as needed to enhance communication and learning
Serve as an advocate for students academic, social, and emotional development
