Come and join our Custom Welding team! We are looking for an experienced metal shop worker for full time immediate hire. Duties may include but not limited to: accepting material, using a forklift to offload material, hopping in to help our machinery operators when needed, general maintenance, clean up of shop & machines, possible delivery runs in our company truck, just generally being a helpful and cheerful person willing to help as needed. On the job training and your already acquired knowledge will be used to complete all daily tasks. 20 minute paid break daily, 30 minutes daily for lunch unpaid.

Hourly wage will be offered at starting $18.00 per hour, 40 hours full time per week. Wage is negotiable and will be appropriate for your prior experience. We offer to pay half of our medical and dental coverage insurance after 30 full days, and offer matching contributions into a retirement account after 30 days. We are a company that prioritizes our employee's health, after 30 days you will receive 40 paid hours per year (prorated) to use for sickness or any dental/medical appointments.
