Job Description

This is a full time position based in Milford, MA. You will work on photolithography systems used in the semiconductor and biotechnology industries. Equipment is highly automated with robot load systems. Responsible mainly for Final Test and Field Service, but there will also be substantial time at the factory doing factory acceptance protocols as well as providing remote support via phone/email/Web Meetings. Required to travel up to 40% on average, some months will be more than 40%, some months will be less. Responsible to visit customer sites to install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment. Mostly domestic travel, but international travel from time to time. Experience working with and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, computers and robotics highly desirable, but willing to train the right candidate with the ambition to learn an exciting new trade. Ability to communicate effectively, multi tasking numerous projects and follow through to completion on all tasks required in a timely manner. Excellent organizational skills is a must. Attention to detail and take pride in a job well done. Need to have the desire and eagerness to learn as well as a positive attitude to work well in a team environment. Requires at least a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.
