Location: Woodsville, NH
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 3 shifts per week
Hours: 12-hour shifts
Pay Range: $46 – $55 per hour
Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to critically ill or injured patients in a 3-bed Intensive Care Unit within a critical access hospital. This role also includes floating to a 25-bed mixed-acuity Medical/Surgical unit, supporting a diverse adult patient population.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically strong, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration across ICU and Med-Surg settings.
Key Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, identifying subtle or acute changes

Provide direct critical care to ICU patients, including post-surgical and complex medical cases

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Respond effectively to medical emergencies, including rapid response and code situations

Educate patients and families throughout treatment and recovery

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care on a mixed-acuity inpatient unit

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program

Active New Hampshire RN license
-
ICU or critical care experience preferred
-
Medical-Surgical experience acceptable (cross-training available)

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
