Harvard Chabad—one of the most dynamic and successful Jewish organizations in the world—is seeking an Institutional Development Assistant to join our growing team at an exciting moment of expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Rabbi Hirschy Zarchi and be part of a mission-driven organization helping shape the next generation of Jewish leaders.
As Harvard Chabad prepares to launch a major, transformative building campaign, the Institutional Development Assistant will play a key role as a strategic partner in strengthening relationships with young alumni, parents, and friends of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner in donor and community engagement initiatives
- Help plan and host fundraising and cultivation events
- Prepare slide decks, presentations, and donor materials
- Manage donor correspondence, including personalized thank-you letters
- Support development strategy and special projects tied to the upcoming capital campaign
