Currently seeking a Facilities and Tooling Manager for a full-time permanent position in Walpole, MA.
Responsibilities of Facilities and Tooling Manager:
-Complete routine maintenance tasks on facility including changing light bulbs and changing door locks
-Clean up spills, fill dispensers, and perform other custodial tasks
-Inspect building routinely and perform preventative maintenance tasks
-Assemble and repair furniture items and move to designated locations
-Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and tools
-Coordinate with outside venders to schedule appointment, services and deliveries.
Requirements of Facilities and Tooling Manager
-Basic carpentry. Painting, masonry, and plumbing skills
-Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
-Able to lift 50-100lbs regularly
-Excellent computer skills
-Great organizational and time management skills
-Able to stand, bend, walk, and move throughout shift
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000/year
