We’re looking for a Project Manager (Sales Rep) who thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to turn opportunity into results. You’ll meet with qualified leads (no cold calls, ever), build trust, present smart solutions, and close deals with confidence.

Compensation:
$79,500 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Meet with qualified homeowners from company-provided leads
- Build trust by walking customers through their HVAC and plumbing needs
- Present good / better / best system options and financing solutions
- Close deals confidently — and exceed sales goals
- Partner with install coordinators to ensure seamless job handoff and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, solar, roofing, or home improvement a plus)
- Confidence, energy, and professionalism in every customer interaction
- A competitive streak — you love to win and help customers win too
- Strong organization and follow-up habits
