Compensation:

$97,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client base by actively seeking new leads and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends to provide clients with informed advice and insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to enhance your sales techniques and client interactions.
  • Attend regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your skills and industry knowledge.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and protected at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating a client-first approach.
