Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Assist in managing store operations including purchasing, pricing, and inventory management
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Support budgeting efforts and monitor financial performance
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment
- Handle cash transactions and oversee cash handling procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in a retail/apparel environment is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
