Blaire House of Milford, located in Milford, MA is seeking two individuals to join our team and uphold our high standards of resident care. Blaire House of Milford is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing center that has been serving seniors for 50 years. Our 75-bed facility specializes in Short Term Care, Long Term Care and Rehabilitation. The Assistant Plant Supervisor is responsible to assist in all mechanical work and repairs of the building, including fire alarm system, dietary equipment, painting, carpentry, or interior and exterior structure of the building and landscaping of the grounds, snow removal including plowing and sanding. Assist in the safety and security programs of the facility. During business hours, is on call for emergencies in the building. Practice positive resident relations by demonstrating hospitality and service standards to residents, families, guests and the public.

One to two years in plant operations and maintenance is necessary. Any advanced training or two to five years' experience in the construction trades is desirable. Active driver's license and clean driving record required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to drive a plow truck.
