Unit Overview:\n• 29-bed Medical-Surgical unit\n• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 6:1\n• LNA support available; no unit secretary\n• Equipment: PCA pumps, IV pumps, telemetry\n• EMR: Meditech Expanse\n\nSchedule & Requirements:\n• Every other weekend required\n• Floating may be required\n• Patient-focused care including bedside care conferences and safety rounding\n\nCertifications:\n• BLS, ACLS\n\nExperience Required:\n• Minimum 1 year acute care experience\n• Strong dysrhythmia skills\n\nDress Code:\n• Clean, professional attire (no specific scrub color required)\n\nWhy Choose This Unit:\n• Supportive team environment with experienced staff\n• Well-equipped unit with modern technology
