Job Description:
As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Store equipment platform of over 15,000 machines. This assignment will provide the opportunity to dig into detail and use analytical skills to manage supplies and vendors! You will play a supporting role in vendor management and general database support while working with a group of highly skilled professionals in a result focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor reporting detailing equipment that requires service that is outside of service level agreements:
- Communicate expectations and track results
- Escalate concerns as needed
- Log data into tracking sheets
Process and track invoices:
- Enter and calculate status of spend
- Ensure invoices are received and processed timely
Create weekly Supply reports:
- Download data and create spreadsheet communication to major providers
- Track status of communications
- Monitor supply levels
Communication/Interactions:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative team player with can-do attitude
- Results-oriented, analytical thinker, intellectually curious
Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree
- Aggressive and proactive attitude to solve problems and win at all levels
- MS Office, PowerPoint, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Data science, inventory management
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $18.00 to $25.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
