Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a local Henniker, NH school district to hire a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional for the 20252026 school year (ASAP start June 17, 2026). This is a full-time, onsite position supporting elementary and middle school students in a collaborative, community-oriented environment.

Position Details

Schedule: MondayFriday, 35 hours per week

Hours: Morning arrival between 7:357:45 AM; Afternoon dismissal 2:252:35 PM

Contract Dates: ASAP June 17, 2026

Pay: $22$27 per hour (based on experience)

Caseload: Details pending

Renewal: Based on performance and district needs
Daily Responsibilities
-
Support classroom teachers with individualized and small-group instruction
-
Assist students with academic, social, and emotional learning needs
-
Implement classroom and behavior management strategies
-
Provide support for student accommodations and modifications as directed by teachers or specialists
-
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Collaborate with staff and families to promote student success
State Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Paraprofessional certification or ability to obtain certification per New Hampshire Department of Education standards

Prior experience in a classroom or special education setting preferred
-
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
