Construction Project Manager
Summary:
-
Oversee construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.

Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.

Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents/ scope.

Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders.
-
Travel to out-of-town job sites as needed.
-
Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices and submittals.
-
Attend client meetings as needed.
-
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule.

Provides QC checks while onsite
Qualifications:
-
Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.
-
Prior retail and commercial petroleum construction experience is preferred but not required
-
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.

Professional demeanor in providing the highest level of customer service in-person and over the phone.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Etc.) and Microsoft Project.

Construction Superintendent License is a plus but not mandatory.

Positive attitude and strong leadership qualities.
-
Self-motivated, organized, and effective communication skills with both field and office employees.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
