Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, offering flexible full-time or part-time opportunities. This role involves servicing K-12 students across diverse caseloads in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultations for students K-12
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support student communication needs
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and interventions
Ability to manage a varied caseload with organizational and communication skills
Commitment to student growth and interdisciplinary collaboration
