Job Description
Seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Director to lead a multidisciplinary team in a rural, family-friendly Vermont setting.
- Provide leadership, oversight, and evaluation of behavioral health services within an integrated FQHC environment.
- Ensure provider productivity, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care.
- Develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and serve as a community liaison.
- Maintain quality assurance, oversee policy implementation, and coordinate community relationships.
- Qualifications include a professional license (MD, DO, PMHNP, LICSW, or LCMHC), with 3+ years of behavioral health experience, supervisory skills, and familiarity with FQHC and rural health settings.
