We are a staffing agency as well as HomeHealth care. We are hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our office. We are looking for a RN Nurse Manager that is passionate about keeping care in the home and providing a family like care approach to our clients and their families.
Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our clients in their homes for supervisory/assessment
- Supervise a team of field nurses/CNA/ HHA’s
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
- Home Health experience required.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Comfortability using technical tools and software/EMR for visit documentation
- Current CPR Certification
