Admin and Office Support
- Support membership and program reports for management
- Reconcile credit card receipts, track bills, and prepare vendor files
- Coordinate with owner and bookkeeper to ensure accurate records
- Handle office tasks (emails, phones, filing, ordering supplies)
Technology & Marketing Support
- Help with light website maintenance (updates, postings, corrections)
- Draft and post social media updates and announcements
Events and Special Projects
- Support events, programs, and special projects
Occasional Personal Support
- Occasionally assist ownership with simple errands or scheduling

• Organized, friendly, and reliable
• Comfortable with computers and office software
• Willingness to learn new formats, supporting apps, etc
• Strong communication skills and team-player attitude
• Social media experience is a big plus
Details
• 15–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• $20–25/hour depending on experience
