Part Time

Admin and Office Support

  • Support membership and program reports for management
  • Reconcile credit card receipts, track bills, and prepare vendor files
  • Coordinate with owner and bookkeeper to ensure accurate records
  • Handle office tasks (emails, phones, filing, ordering supplies)

Technology & Marketing Support

  • Help with light website maintenance (updates, postings, corrections)
  • Draft and post social media updates and announcements

Events and Special Projects

  • Support events, programs, and special projects

Occasional Personal Support

  • Occasionally assist ownership with simple errands or scheduling
  • What We’re Looking For
    • Organized, friendly, and reliable
    • Comfortable with computers and office software
    • Willingness to learn new formats, supporting apps, etc
    • Strong communication skills and team-player attitude
    • Social media experience is a big plus

    Details
    • 15–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
    • $20–25/hour depending on experience
