Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission (TRORC) seeks a person of high integrity and self-motivation to join our team as a part-time (20-25 hrs/wk) Grants Manager. Working directly with the Executive Director and Finance Manager, responsibilities include management of current TRORC grants, including invoicing; writing and submitting grant reports; and working with program staff on managing existing contracts and developing new grant budgets and proposals to funders. Ability to work well with staff, funding agencies, and the public is essential. An attention to deadlines, exacting financials, and grant guidance is a must. Knowledge of specific federal or state grants management is not required but is a plus. Flexibility and humor are appreciated. Other duties may include outreach to towns, data management, and social media management. Part-Time Grants Manager

LEGAL RECEPTIONIST Brattleboro law firm is seeking a_ legal receptionist to join our busy elder law practice. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include greeting people and ensuring a positive first impression of the firm. The legal receptionist will receive incoming calls, take information from new and returning clients, schedule appointments, handle confidential client files, including copying and filing, ensure the office is tidy and ready for meetings and work with other staff and attorneys as needed. This is a full-time in-person position. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with one hour lunch. Salary is $36,000 - $39,000, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing and paid time off as described in office employment manual. More details available at interview.
