<li>Preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, electrical troubleshooting, fuel and emissions system, air and hydraulic bake repairs, welding and fabrication, driveline, steering and suspension, plus other duties assigned.</li>
<li>Assisting fellow technicians with repairs while maintaining compliance with safety.</li>
<li>Maintaining knowledge of new technology in advanced diagnostics, internal engine and transmission repairs.</li>
<li>Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.</li>
<li>Completing necessary training.</li>

What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>2 years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience (heavy- duty preferred)</li>
<li>Advanced skills in strategy-based diagnostics; be able to utilize diagnostic tools and computers to identify root cause and correction.</li>
<li>Freightliner, Detroit, Cummins, Eaton experience preferred.</li>
<li>ASE certifications, knowledge of DOT standards.</li>
</ul>
 
Additional Qualifications:

<li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Commercial Driver's License preferred but not required.</li>

Job DescriptionTutor builds robotic systems that automate complex picking, packing, and handling tasks in real-world manufacturing and logistics environments across the U.S. Our robots are running in production today, and we move quickly. We’re scaling manufacturing and field operations, and we need a Parts Coordinator who can keep our supply chain tight, organized, and accurate.Inventory &amp; Parts Management
<ul>
<li>Own the day-to-day management of the inventory room</li>
<li>Maintain accurate counts in ION and make sure the physical inventory always matches the system</li>
<li>Receive, QC, label, and store incoming parts</li>
<li>Issue parts kits for production builds, field upgrades, repairs, and R&amp;D requests</li>
<li>Track and manage fast-moving consumables, hardware, and critical spares</li>
</ul>
 Shipping &amp; Logistics
<ul>
<li>Prepare and ship parts for customer sites, techs on the road, and R&amp;D builds</li>
<li>Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure all shipments are labeled, documented, and tracked</li>
<li>Build outbound kits (upgrade kits, repair kits, replacement components) with zero defects</li>
</ul>
Materials Coordination
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Engineering to identify shortages early</li>
<li>Flag low stock levels and work with the Buyer to release PRs</li>
<li>Make sure upgrade campaigns have every part staged and ready in advance</li>
<li>Help maintain the AVL and support part transitions/obsolescence</li>
</ul>
 Quality
<ul>
<li>Ensure all incoming parts are QC’d—correct quantity, revision, finish, and labeling</li>
<li>Communicate defects or supplier issues immediately</li>
<li>Apply QC stamps and maintain traceability in ION</li>
</ul>
 Who You Are
<ul>
<li>Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced robotic hardware environment</li>
<li>Experience with inventory systems (ION/First Resonance is a plus)</li>
<li>Able to lift 40+ lbs and move parts around the shop</li>
<li>Clear communicator who keeps Manufacturing and Maintenance unblocked</li>
<li>A mindset of “quality over speed,” but with urgency and ownership</li>
<li>Can run with a process and improve it as we scale</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have
<ul>
<li>Experience in robotics, hardware startups, or electromechanical assembly</li>
<li>Familiarity with BOMs, part numbers, and engineering change processes</li>
<li>Shipping/receiving experience (UPS/FedEx/FEDEX Freight)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical parts</li>
