This position is responsible for:

What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>
Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for drywall, framing, and acoustical scopes
</li>
<li>
Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to ensure complete coverage
</li>
<li>
Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing
</li>
<li>
Participate in pre-bid meetings and coordinate with project managers on awarded jobs
</li>
<li>
Maintain organized estimate files and accurate historical cost data
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>
3+ years of drywall estimating experience (commercial or institutional preferred)
</li>
<li>
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, or similar software
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and project documentation
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills
</li>
<li>
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
</li>

Job Details
 We are in search of a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the construction industry and is looking to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, innovative company. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific construction projects from beginning to end. 2. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. 3. Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. 4. Determine the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc) required to complete the project. 5. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. 6. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required. 7. Execute the project according to the project plan. 8. Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project. 9. Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate. 10. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project. 11. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project. 12. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. 2. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred. 3. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful construction project, including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. 4. Exceptional leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6. Proficiency in project management software tools. 7. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset. 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 9. Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. 10. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. 11. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 12. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 13. Outstanding negotiation and decision-making skills. 14.
