We're seeking a Demolition Operations Manager who brings:

<li>Minimum of 10+ years of experience in demolition, environmental remediation, or a related construction field.</li>
<li>3-5 years of supervisory or management experience, ideally leading multi-disciplinary teams</li>
<li>Experience in project estimating, planning, and on-site management</li>
<li>A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience and certifications may substitute</li>
<li>Proficiency in B2W Estimate, Trimble ProjectSight, Trimble Spectrum, and scheduling software is preferred; however, similar software is acceptable too</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, waste management, and hazardous material handling (asbestos, lead)</li>
<li>OSHA 30 certification</li>
<li>HAZWOPER Awareness or relevant Asbestos/Lead or ability to obtain quickly</li>
<li>A Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) license is preferred</li>
