What You’ll Do

Education/Experience and Other Requirements

<li>High-school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years or older if located in New Jersey)</li>
<li>Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients</li>
<li>Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record</li>
<li>BT: Ability to attend our 40-hour RBT fulltime paid training course and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire</li>
<li>RBT: Ability to attend required paid training program</li>

This role offers a competitive hourly wage between $18-$22, depending on experience, with shift differentials for second and third shifts. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to ensure high-quality production.
Responsibilities

<li>Set up, run, and break down product on equipment.</li>
<li>Read and accurately complete required paperwork.</li>
<li>Input data into the SAP system.</li>
<li>Monitor and inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and are free from defects.</li>
<li>Follow ISO documentation to satisfy customer requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean working area.</li>
<li>Collaborate with others to ensure smooth production operations.</li>
<li>Prepare products for transfer to other departments as necessary.</li>
<li>Perform light maintenance on equipment.</li>
<li>Support and contribute to Total Quality Management and Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems by adhering to stated policies and procedures.</li>
