The Administrative Director (AD) is an integral part of helping us bring our mission to life.&nbsp; As a member of our Executive Team, they work with our minister, staff and volunteers to manage communications, building maintenance, building rentals, security, finance, budgeting, record-keeping, and general office management.
The AD reports to the minister and supervises the building Sexton. They provide administrative support to the minister, Board of Trustees and committees (such as membership, religious education, environmental action, social justice, canvass and community breakfast).&nbsp;
The AD is often the primary contact for members of the community seeking information about our faith and congregation, and is the hub of information about our programs and events for members, friends, and visitors. Therefore they should be responsive, friendly and compassionate, and able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders many of whom are volunteers.
Key Responsibilities

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab Location: Hyannis, MA 02601 Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day | 5×8s Pay Rate(Local): $65–$70/hr ($2,720–$2,800 weekly)
Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation
</li>
<li>
Administer medications and monitor patient response during cardiac procedures
</li>
<li>
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
</li>
<li>
Coordinate care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
</li>
<li>
Adhere to safety, infection control, and emergency response protocols
</li>
<li>
Support orientation/training of new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
</li>
<li>
Participate in on-call rotations (weekends/holidays/off-shift)
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Active MA RN license, BLS &amp; ACLS required
</li>
<li>
2+ years recent experience in ICU, CVICU, ED, PACU/SDC, or Acute Cardiac/Stepdown
</li>
<li>
Skilled in IV therapy, telemetry monitoring, and IABP
</li>
<li>
Able to wear lead apron and work in procedural environment
</li>
<li>
Recent cardiovascular interventional experience (within 5 years)
</li>
</ul>
Preferred: BSN, CCRN, or CRN
