Position Summary&nbsp;
The Administrative Director (AD) is an integral part of helping us bring our mission to life.&nbsp; As a member of our Executive Team, they work with our minister, staff and volunteers to manage communications, building maintenance, building rentals, security, finance, budgeting, record-keeping, and general office management.
The AD reports to the minister and supervises the building Sexton. They provide administrative support to the minister, Board of Trustees and committees (such as membership, religious education, environmental action, social justice, canvass and community breakfast).&nbsp;
The AD is often the primary contact for members of the community seeking information about our faith and congregation, and is the hub of information about our programs and events for members, friends, and visitors. Therefore they should be responsive, friendly and compassionate, and able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders many of whom are volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative and clerical support to the leadership of the society, committees, and for special projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and organize files on Google Drive, financial, personnel, &amp; other records, and coordinates creation of congregational calendars</li>
<li>Manage procurement of needed supplies. Create and circulate reports related to budget and membership</li>
<li>Email weekly announcements, Sunday service reminders and information, as well as other congregational notifications as needed</li>
<li>Regularly update the UUSA website&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate &amp; supervise contractors and sexton for meetinghouse maintenance</li>
<li>Schedule &amp; coordinate building rentals</li>
<li>Responsible for accounts payable</li>
<li>Complete biweekly payroll in coordination with bookkeeper, pledge tracking, and deposit preparation &amp; recording</li>
<li>Maintain members &amp; friends database and visitors log</li>
<li>Publish members &amp; friends directory</li>

The IT Operations Coordinator, OCIO reports to the ITS Director for Enterprise Architecture and Planning as a team member within the Office of the CIO (OCIO). The IT Operations Coordinator’s responsibilities include project and process coordination, financial tracking and bookkeeping, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficiency, compliance, and smooth departmental operations across Middlebury’s Information Technology Services organization.

Requirements

This role will ensure outstanding customer service while also working in collaboration with the health center team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Administrative</li>
<li>Greet and help patients with check-ins, check-outs, and any questions they have about their visit.</li>
<li>Assist patients with insurance, payments, scheduling and assess eligibility for state funded insurance plans and/or other programs.</li>
<li>Handle tasks like answering calls, scheduling appointments, keeping records, and following clinic procedures.</li>
<li>Keep track of patient flow, ensure things run smoothly, and maintain a clean and organized space.</li>
<li>Clinical</li>
<li>Perform basic medical tasks like taking vital signs, drawing blood, giving injections, and assisting with lab tests.</li>
<li>Provide patient education, counseling, and ensure informed consent for services.</li>
<li>Use the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for documentation and provide support to clinicians as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and assist with clinical tasks after completing required training.</li>

COMPENSATION:
<ul>
<li>Pay Range -&nbsp;for this position is based on years of direct work experience. Candidates with 0-5 years of experience can expect to earn between $18.94&nbsp; - $20.91/hr. As experience increases, so does the rate of pay, with candidates who have 16 or more years of direct experience earning up to $28.06/hr.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bilingual Skills: HCAs with proven bilingual skills will receive a differential for each hour (or any portion thereof) where they provide interpretation services or bilingual skills</li>
