-Compiles regular reports reflecting all activities, attendance, and participation. 
 
Resource Development 
-Participates in the grant application process providing ideas for funding programs and other services. 
-Assists with fundraising events and initiatives. 
-Develops and increases the visibility of the Club programs through daily schedule posting, event announcements, and dissemination of information through advertising, flyers, and social media. 
 
 
Relationships/Partnership Development/Public Relations 
-Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisors to receive/provide information discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, advise/counsel. 
-Maintains professional contact with community members, community leaders and organizations, Club parents, and others to assist in resolving situations and in order to develop and maintain partnerships. -Develops and maintains public relations to increase the visibility of programs, services, and activities within the Club and the community. 
-Will work at different locations/programs as needed. Must be willing to travel. 
 Requirements A program specialist in a school-age program shall be at least 20 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, including but not limited to a General Equivalency Diploma (GED), a High School Equivalency Test (HiSet), or a Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC), and have at least one of the following: (1) Written documentation from or on file with the department that she or he was qualified and employed as a site director in a school-age program on or before the effective date of these rules in 2022; (2) A minimum of an associate’s degree in child development, education, recreation, or other field of study focused on children, awarded by an accredited college or university; (3) Certification of successful completion of training as a recreation director plus 1000 hours of experience working with children in a licensed child care program, recreation program, or a public or private elementary school; (4) A total of 12 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other field of study focused on children, from an accredited college plus 1000 hours of experience working with children; (5) Current certification as an educator by the Department of Education; or (6) Experience working with children totaling 2000 hours and: a. Current certification as a para II educator by the Department of Education; or b. Both of the following: 1. Documentation of enrollment in a course for at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other fields of study focused on children, through an accredited college or university and a written plan on file for completion of at least 3 additional credits as specified; and 
2. Within 12 months of the date the individual begins working as a site director, documentation of successful completion of a total of at least 6 credits as specified in b.1. shall be on file for review by the department.

The Order Puller/Warehouse worker responsible for picking materials to fill orders, and putting away credits to return materials into stock. This individual works with others to check inventory levels to confirm low and out items, to insure proper storage and handling of materials, and to provide a safe and efficient workplace. Specific duties include: • Knowing the locations of inventory items and being able to properly identify stock and non-stock items according to delivery slip skus and descriptions. • Using order slips to pull correct materials and quantities for delivery. • Loading trucks according to the order in which deliveries will be made. • Ensure that individual loads are built and banded or fastened safely and securely, and can be delivered according to DOT regulations. • Alerting the Inventory Control Supervisor to low and out items as encountered. • Replenishing full units of material to the proper rack as old units are pulled through. • Checking quality of materials pulled for delivery to insure only acceptable materials are shipped. • Culling unacceptable materials from stock inventory area to assist co-workers in maintaining proper quality levels. • Alerting the Inventory Control Supervisor to culled and unacceptable materials. • Assisting the Dispatcher as required to provide information on orders, deliveries, or inventory; assisting with yard and warehouse maintenance and cleanliness; and unloading trucks, pulling loads, or making deliveries; or wherever else assistance may be required.

Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025/2026 school year at an early childhood elementary school setting in Woodstock, Vermont. This contract position offers the chance to work onsite with a dynamic caseload focused on elementary-aged students, providing specialized speech and language services to support their academic and communication development.
Key responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments </li>
<li>Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans </li>
<li>Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure integrated services </li>
<li>Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed </li>
<li>Participating in team meetings and maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with educational standards </li>
</ul>
Desired qualifications and experience: 
<ul>
<li>Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology </li>
<li>Experience providing SLP services in school settings, particularly elementary schools </li>
<li>Expertise in pediatric and early childhood speech-language pathology </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of education regulations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes </li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with children, families, and staff </li>
</ul>
Location: Onsite position in Woodstock, Vermont at an early childhood elementary school
