Position Summary
The Lead Youth Mentor plays a key role in supporting children’s growth and development in CTI’s School Age Program, providing before- and after-school care in a safe, nurturing environment.
In addition, this role serves as the on-site lead in the absence of the Site Manager, supporting staff, fostering teamwork, and ensuring that every child and team member can thrive in a resilient and connected community.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Represent as the Lead in charge when a Site Manager is not on site, maintaining site operations.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing program policies and procedures including maintaining accurate attendance and other records, following Early Education and Care Regulations and USDA Guidelines.</li>
<li>Responsible for working at all school age sites as assigned.</li>
<li>Provide supervision and safety of children. Maintain a daily group list and attendance.</li>
<li>Serves as a small group and individual mentor to 8 children at their assigned site, supporting each individual child's personal and academic growth by sharing experience, guidance, and encouragement.</li>
<li>Recognize the child enrolled as an individual, helping children to develop as a member of the group.</li>
<li>Present respectful communication and maintain standards for behavior through a positive approach.</li>
<li>Assist in creating the weekly curriculum.</li>
<li>To develop a relationship with the youth in the aim of providing support, guidance, friendship, positive interaction, exposure to positive activities, opportunities to learn life skills and positive problem-solving skills, to ease some of the fear, anger and sadness.</li>
<li>Demonstrate good character, emotional stability, and a responsible lifestyle while in the presence of youth.</li>
<li>Assist with daily activities and follow the daily curriculum plans and schedule.</li>
<li>Maintain clean and organized workspaces that include setting up the daily spaces (i.e.: breaking down tables, rearranging the spaces and cleaning at the end of the day). </li>
<li>Participate in case management of families involved. Share concerns about children and families with Site Manager.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of children and families. </li>
<li>Broaden knowledge of the cultural and ethnic heritage of the children and families served.</li>

Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age, have a desire to work with youth and meet one of the following:
<ul>
<li>Have a bachelor’s or associate degree and 3 months’ experience working with school-aged children.</li>
<li>OR have a high school diploma or equivalent; and have 6 months’ experience including 3 months supervised experience at a school age childcare program.</li>
<li>OR have nine months’ experience with school-age children including three months’ supervised experience at a school age childcare program.</li>

<li>Evidence of physical exam within 1 year of hire date</li>

Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
</li>
<li>
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
</li>
<li>
Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
</li>
<li>
Provide medication reminders as needed.
</li>
<li>
Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
</li>

What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>
High School Diploma or GED (required).
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
</li>
<li>
HHA Certificate or CNA License&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Open availability strongly preferred.
</li>
<li>
Must pass a criminal background check.
</li>
<li>
Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.
</li>
<li>
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
</li>

Overview
We are looking for an outgoing Registered Dental Hygienist with strong interpersonal skills to join our fast-paced dental office. Experience is preferred and a current dental hygienist license is required. Our modern, fully digital practices provide restorative care, fixed and removable prosthodontics, endodontics, extractions, and implant restorations.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 
Duties/Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Patient screening procedures, such as assessment of oral health conditions, reviewing health history, oral cancer screening, head and neck inspection, dental charting and taking blood pressure and pulse.</li>
<li>Removing calculus and plaque (hard and soft deposits) from all surfaces of the teeth.</li>
<li>Applying preventive materials to the teeth (e.g., sealants and fluorides).</li>
<li>Teaching patients' appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health; (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling).</li>
<li>Counseling patients about good nutrition and its impact on oral health.</li>
<li>Making impressions of patients' teeth for study casts (models of teeth used by dentists to evaluate patient treatment needs).</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Required Skills/Abilities
<ul>
<li>Possess a strong commitment to patient care, patient health and quality work.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Associate or advanced degree in Dental Hygiene.</li>
<li>State certification/license as required to work as a Dental Hygienist.</li>
<li>One year or more of relevant experience in the dental industry preferred but open to no experience for the right candidate.</li>
