<li>2+ years of real estate experience (administrative or coordinator roles preferred).</li>
<li>Massachusetts real estate knowledge is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of MLS (MLSPIN), Dotloop, and CRM systems. Sisu experience is a plus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines.</li>
<li>Friendly, professional demeanor with a client-first attitude.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting</li>
<li>ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired</li>
<li>Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar</li>
<li>Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills</li>
