DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, social work, or a related field</li>
<li>BCBA certification</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of post-graduate experience assessing, implementing, developing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs and Functional Behavior Assessments</li>
<li>Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting</li>
<li>A commitment to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months of hire and maintain certifications during employment</li>
<li>Valid driver's license in good standing</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Ability to learn and use other software, such as web-based portals, etc.</li>
<li>Experience in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Trauma-Informed Care, and ABA strategies is preferred</li>

Each day, you drive positive behavioral change by implementing individualized behavior support plans and using functional assessments to refine interventions. You supervise and train a dedicated team, coaching staff on ABA best practices and data collection for plan fidelity. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you provide data-informed insights that enhance service quality. Your responsibilities include crisis support and ensuring program documentation meets compliance standards. Ultimately, you empower individuals and staff, fostering an environment where consistent strategies lead to meaningful progress.
