Description of Role
This Sr. Manufacturing and Process Engineering role lives in the Manufacturing organization at Dephy, reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing. This Dephyer can expect to interface with Design Engineering, Marketing, External Contract Manufacturers, and our technician team in various capacities. They will ensure Manufacturing processes, materials, inputs (firmware, hardware, and software), and documentation meet both our internal quality and regulatory requirements. This candidate can expect to be hands-on, repairing units returned from the field, collecting data on failure causes (RCA,) and suggesting and implementing DFM/DFA or QA preventative measures. They will communicate failure metrics early and often alongside our Head of Manufacturing with the Marketing team to inform New Product Development.
What you’ll do:

<li>Create, execute, and refine processes that ensure all customer products meet our internal performance, quality, and reliability goals</li>
<li>Drive measurable reliability improvements through detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other forms of failure analysis, driving effective resolution of design, product, and/or manufacturing issues.</li>
<li>Build and maintain process documentation, including FMEAs, RCAs, audit preparation materials, and quality records (internal and with our manufacturing partners).</li>
<li>Efficiently organize and oversee unit repair for field returns, collecting, analyzing, and sharing failure trends cross-functionally to drive down repair costs.</li>
<li>Support Product Development and give input into our Product &amp; Feature Pipeline.</li>
<li>Design &amp; execute performance reliability testing, including design of experiments (DOE), design and build of test fixtures, and any other supplemental testing equipment</li>
<li>Interface with Contract Manufacturers to establish and meet cost, quality, volume, and timeliness requirements.</li>
<li>Support the Manufacturing strategic partner selection process from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li>

Required Qualifications

Introduction A growing boutique outsourced Accounting and Finance advisory firm serving small to mid-sized businesses across life sciences, financial services, consumer products, and emerging industries seeks a Senior Accountant to support expanding client demand. The organization is privately held, has operated for approximately two decades, and generates under $25M in annual revenue. This fully remote role offers meaningful autonomy, exposure to experienced Accounting leadership, and collaboration with a team working primarily in Central and Eastern time zones. The firm has a lean structure of full-time employees and part-time consultants supporting just under twenty client entities nationwide. This role includes full-cycle accounting responsibilities across multiple clients, ranging from Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to month-end close, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities

<li>Execute full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of client organizations.</li>
<li>Manage hands-on accounting activities, including month-end close.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate, timely financial statements for multiple clients.</li>
<li>Work with QuickBooks Online and shared document platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal consultants and leadership to ensure seamless client delivery.</li>
<li>Meet deadlines reliably and manage an independent workload with a high degree of ownership.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting.</li>
<li>At least four years of relevant accounting experience.</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills.</li>
<li>Availability during standard daytime working hours aligned to CST or EST.</li>
<li>Demonstrated self-motivation, follow-through, and willingness to learn.</li>
<li>CPA preferred.</li>
<li>Public accounting experience or experience supporting multiple clients is a plus.</li>
</ul>
Compensation
<ul>
<li>Salary range: $85,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.</li>
<li>CPA-credentialed candidates will be considered at the higher end of the range.</li>
