The Spa Receptionist coordinates activities of workers engaged in planning, selling and instructing treatment plans for clients of the spa by performing the following duties. Acts as a liaison in setting up guest appointments properly and ensuring they are being taken care of.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
<ul>
<li>Greeting guests and checking guests out. </li>
<li>Answering phone lines and helping guests with questions. </li>
<li>Scheduling spa treatment appointments. </li>
<li>Maintaining general cleanliness of common areas as well as restocking laundry/toiletries/beverages.</li>
<li>Preparing schedules for staff and updating them throughout the day. </li>
<li>Transferring laundry to laundry drop-off location on a constant basis. </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned, which could be directly related, or un-related to original position.&nbsp;</li>

RESORT CONDITIONS This is a Winter Resort Area. It requires that work venues are varied, and in many cases include steep stairways, multilevel buildings and outdoor work areas, subject to very cold, sometimes wet or very sunny work sites. Some facilities are located at the base or bottom area and some are semi-remote and can only be reached by traveling via chair lift(s), skis or snowboards. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen, sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out. Work days and hours, as well as the number of hours required will vary, with an emphasis on weekends and holidays.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Summary: The Direct Support Professional 2 will support and assist in Level 2 residential programs. Staff will help individuals who need daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community. <li>Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.</li>
<li>Create opportunities and provide support to individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.</li>
<li>Provide services to individuals according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Provide support and assist individuals with all medical, clinical, and financial needs.</li>
<li>Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.</li>
<li>Maintain required documentation according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.</li>
<li>Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.</li>
