What You'll Do:

<li>Assist with basic medical and supportive care tasks within scope of certification(HHA/CNA).</li>
<li>Observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents’ condition or behavior to nursing staff.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment while adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li>

What You'll Need:&nbsp;

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Valid HHA or CNA certification/licensure required (Massachusetts)</li>
<li>Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance</li>
<li>Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English</li>
</ul>
