About YOU: Our employees have the opportunity to be trained anywhere from a swim instructor to a swim coach. You love being in the water and educating kids of all ages! Job Title: Lifeguard Reports to: Deck Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: Supervision of all pool and deck activities. Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Performs light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal etc. on occasion.</li>
