The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Project Manager is responsible for managing the evaluation, prioritization, planning, budgeting, execution of and training on new/existing HRIS systems initiatives for the City.&nbsp; After implementation, the employee will create training manuals, offer continuous employee training, troubleshoot user questions, and maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the Human Resources (HR) department. Recommended Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements
What you will bring to this role:

<li>5+ years of professional experience developing and shipping native mobile applications</li>
<li>Proven proficiency in both native iOS development (Swift) and native Android development</li>
<li>Direct experience with native mobile security features, including Secure Enclaves (or equivalent secure storage mechanisms)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of basic cryptography principles and their application in mobile security</li>
<li>Strong experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data streams</li>
<li>Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI, etc.), and performance optimization</li>
