SCOPE:

<li>Connect Gen10 RX Virtual Machine&nbsp;Port to Rx Switch by either using existing cable run and patching in from Rx Switch to Gen10 or by using patch cables to connect Gen10 to 48-port main store switch (where server &amp; switch are in same rack)</li>
<li>RXVM Connection: To find the RX Switch, trace Port 4 of the Gen 10. Once found, patch into the highest available Port on the RX Switch</li>
<li>Patch a new network cable&nbsp;connection from the Gen10 server POS Virtual Machine Port to the main store network switch for future use</li>

Key Areas of Responsibility 
<ul>
<li>Perform routine onsite helpdesk services.</li>
<li>Plan and implement solutions using the latest technology.</li>
<li>Deploy workstations, printers, switches, servers, backup appliances, wireless networks, etc.</li>
<li>Configuration, management, and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.</li>
<li>Provide innovative technical solutions to complex hardware and software problems.</li>
<li>Provide detailed and effective communication to internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Clearly and concisely articulate problems and solutions for issues to clients over the phone, via e-mail, and in person.</li>
<li>Serve as technical point of contact on customer engagements and internal projects.</li>
<li>Complete projects and tasks on-time and within budget.</li>
<li>Understand SLAs in a production environment and proactively strive to meet them.</li>
<li>Review assigned service requests daily, following up and providing status updates to clients; ensure data pertaining to the status of service requests is entered into the ticket tracking systems accurately and promptly to provide an up-to-date picture of service delivery status and backlog.</li>
<li>Assist the Managed Services team with support requests such as helpdesk, NOC, backup, and alerting, during downtime.</li>
<li>Assist the Break/Fix team with diagnostic, repair, and replace services, during downtime.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Minimum Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016 &amp; 2019</li>
<li>Experience with tools such as spam filters, antivirus/EDR, email backup, and email archivers.</li>
<li>Experience with Office 365 and Azure.</li>
<li>Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.</li>
<li>Experience with physical server and storage management.</li>
<li>Clean driving record and able to be added to the company vehicle insurance policy.</li>
<li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Sense of urgency.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal direction.</li>
<li>Experience with ticketing and asset management systems.</li>

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of wireless telecommunications projects across macro towers, small cell utility pole installations, and fiber-connected networks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring permitting, invoicing, task tracking, and milestone reporting flow seamlessly - bridging field operations, customers, and the Project Management team.

<li>Support End-to-End Project Execution for macro sites and small cell deployments-including utility pole installations, fiber drops, and wireless node activations.</li>
<li>Coordinate Permitting Submissions and Tracking with municipalities and utilities; ensure required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Invoice Preparation and Review with close collaboration with finance, PMs, and field teams to validate quantities, dates, and milestone completion.</li>
<li>Milestone Tracking via Customer Portals (e.g., Verizon SPID, AT&amp;T Siterra, or proprietary tools); upload documentation, close deliverables, and flag issues proactively.</li>
<li>Assist the PM Team by managing day-to-day task updates, RFIs, and internal status reporting.</li>
<li>Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination to confirm schedules, deliverables, and field readiness.</li>
<li>Data Entry and Schedule Maintenance in project platforms such as Excel, Smartsheet, or Procore.</li>
