Position Summary

<li>Guide underwriting strategy, including carrier negotiation, capacity considerations, cover letter positioning, and analysis of offers.</li>
<li>Oversee all aspects of the formal application process, including documentation collection, application preparation, and communication with signers and advisors.</li>
<li>Provide servicing support for in-force policies and guidance to team members on servicing requirements.</li>

<li>10+ years of experience in life insurance, financial services, or related project management functions.</li>
